How The System Works
Inspecty is a simple straight forward inventory service, that allows you create property inventory reports using your iPad. By entering all the information into our iPad application, you are able to synchronise with our cloud based system that allows you to create PDF reports straight away.
With our straight forward pricing plan, you can pay per user, or pay by reports generated.
Furthermore, we are offering our service free of charge until the end of the year, so make the most of it while you can!
Our system also allows you to find freelance inventory users that can undertake an appointment on your behalf.

Subscriptions
At Inspecty, we have a straight forward pricing plan that allows you to choose whether you want to pay by the number of registered users, or pay by the number of reports that are generated. Therefore, you can select the subscription that suits your budget and business.
Pay per User
You will be charged for the number of users that are registered on the system on a month by month basis. For example if you have 5 users registered on they system on the 31st of July, you would be charged for 5 users and the amount debited from your account two weeks later on the 14th of August.
Pay per Report
If you opt to pay by how many reports are generated on the system, you will be billed at the end of the month for the total number of reports. The amount would be debited from your card two weeks later.

Sign up
To sign-up to use our system, you must be a company. Click on the register button and enter all your details. Once your account has been verified and activated, you will then be able to start using the Inspecty system.

Don't worry we can send you your password in an email. Go to the login screen and click the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD? link. Enter your email address on the screen that appears and click on the SEND REMINDER button. Your password will be sent to you straight away.

Browser or App bugs
If you have a problem accessing our system via a web browser, or using your iPad then please let us know as we always strive to ensure that our system works across all browsers, operating systems and iOS on the iPad.
Send an email to support@inspecty.com outling whether you are using the iPad application, or the website. To help speed up the resolution of any issues, we find the following information really useful:

When you access Inspecty.com
Inspecty uses cookies to store and collect information about your usage of the Website in order to enhance your online experience and to help us improve the quality of our services.
When you access Inspecty, your computer automatically sends us information such as the URL on our Website that you have visited, your IP address, your browser type and language, and the date and time of your request.
When you sign up to Inspecty
Inspecty collects personal information when you register on the Website. Your information will be stored confidentially by us and only used by Inspecty in order to provide you with access to our products, services and information that we believe will interest you. Your personal details will never be passed on to any other companies or third parties including affiliates and will never be added to any third party mailing lists or databases.
Inspecty may also use information about our users in statistical aggregate form. This is non-personal information and simply refers to information such as the number of registrations, service performance, and user trends.
When you use the Inspecty software
Full use of the software includes adding additional details of your clients and clerks to allow them to Login to the service. This information is protected via SSL network encryption and falls under the same privacy as above. We will not sell or disclose any private or customer data to any company or third party.
When you contact us
If you contact us via email, your details and a history of the communication will be stored by us in order for us to deal with enquiries adequately and improve our customer support services.
Your account
Inspecty uses automated monthly billing to manage your account access. You can update your account details from your My Account page, make amendments to your billing plan or cancel your account at any time.
When a user you have created accesses Inspecty, they will be limited to only seeing the information applicable to the facilities they require. It is your responsibility to ensure private data is kept private from logged in users.
The data held in the Inspecty system is not available for sale to any third parties and will only ever be used by yourself.
If you would prefer not to receive alerts about Inspecty then you can manage your settings on the My Account page.
If you remove all your alerts then Inspecty will no longer send you any automatic update emails.
As a subscriber of Inspecty, Inspecty may occasionally email you with news and information about the company, new Inspecty features and new websites. If you do not wish to receive any emails from Inspecty, you may opt out of receiving further emails.
Links and affiliated websites
Inspecty contains hypertext links to other sites, advertisers and other third parties. By clicking on any of these links, you are leaving our Website. Inspecty has no control over the information collected by any third party after you have left the Website. Inspecty encourages you to read their privacy policies.
The data collection and usage practices of any third party linked to Inspecty are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Inspecty assumes no liability and is not responsible for any practices of such third party web sites, including their privacy practices or content.

Inspecty uses Inspectyís secure cloud architecture to protect all the information you provide us with. Inspecty has invested heavily in a secure, scalable infrastructure and highly qualified staff to ensure all information you enter is protected from access by any third party and only necessary and restricted access is available internally. We also protect all our connections to the Internet using various security measures including firewalls and regular security audits on all our servers.

We take the privacy of all customers and users very seriously and take great care with the information we obtain but we will collect and store that data for the purpose of providing this Service to you.
